missingWrote a review on Mar 12large apartmentgreat viewslift accessibility
The apartment on the top floor featured three large bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups. The balcony provided great views where we watched deer roam the mountain every day.
The lift situation was a letdown. It was closed off completely and information about its removal wasn't communicated prior-leading to confusion about accessibility. Skiing proximity is misleading. The nearest lift isn't as close as advertised, requiring a free bus ride to reach the main St Johann lifts.

The view from the balcony in the Double Room Balcony was stunning. I enjoyed watching the deer grazing nearby every evening. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options that were genuinely satisfying. Staff interactions were warm, making my stay feel very welcoming. the lift situation was quite frustrating as it had been removed without any prior notice. This greatly affected accessibility, especially for those who had mobility issues. temperature control in the room was problematic. even when adjusted, it never felt cool enough. Internet connectivity was slow, making it difficult to stay connected. Despite these inconveniences, the overall stay was pleasant due to the beautiful surroundings and helpful staff.

Great for families!
We had a fun stay! The family room was spacious, perfect for us. The outdoor dining area was nice for breakfasts in the sun. One night, though, it got super hot in the room, made it a bit hard to sleep. But the staff was really nice and welcoming, which made a difference.

Had a fantastic time with friends exploring the area! The climbing forest was a blast, and the views were unmatched. The hotel team was super friendly, breakfast was varied and filling, and they packed us food for our early morning departure. A great starting point for hiking and skiing adventures!
One downside was the unexpected lack of ski lift access, so keep that in mind if it's a priority for your stay.

We loved our family trip here, especially the clean rooms and spacious layout which was perfect for our crew, including my mother. Enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and the friendly vibe of the staff. The breakfast was a great start to our days, too! We got to try out the nearby children’s play park, which was a hit with the kids.
My wife says that a kids' menu would be great.
